Join us for a classic orchard tasting at Fattoria. The outside seating provides a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy wine, food, and community. Craig Beal with Frederick Wildman kicks off our summer by sharing 6 beautiful wines from Italy. Cavicchioli, 

Marchesi di Barolo, Nino Negri,

Santi, & Fattoria dei Barbi will al be featured. Chef Julio Flores   will pair each sip with a memorable bite designed to bring the unique characteristics of each wine to life.

Join us for a beautiful tasting in our magical garden across the street from Northside. This is an amazing tasting opportunity that also helps a good cause. We will be donating a portion of the event's door to the Vail Edwards Rotary Club.  This week, Andrea Rogers from Lapham Imports will be walking us through a flight of super unique wines, sakés and a surprise spirit to kick off our summer series at Northside. Chef Hector Preza in the kitchen will pair each sip with a memorable bite designed to bring the unique characteristics of each alcohol to life.

The outside setting provides a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy wine, food and community.  Lisa Evich, Winemaker for Sebastiani and Chateau St. Jean will be touring us around sonoma and the west coast for this selection of wines from some of california's most prestigious terroir. We will be tasting a red heavy selection this week, but Chef Julio will be keeping it light. He will prepare 6 dishes to compliment each cab, chardonnay, and pinot noir.

This week, Cherie Fedrid from Vinattieri 1385 will be walking us through a flight celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Judgement of Paris where in 1976 California beat France in a blind tasting and established Napa as a world class wine region. We will be tasting 6 wines from Stags Leap Wine Cellars. Chef Hector Preza in the kitchen will pair each sip with a memorable bite designed to bring the unique characteristics of each Wine to life.

Chef Julio will be preparing dishes that remind us of the roots of each wine. He will prepare 6 dishes to compliment each delicious sample we sip.
