Our restaurant believes in providing great food to our community at a value driven price. We strive to make everything from scratch when possible.
We started small in 2011, but we have grown into the busiest and best restaurant in town. We also have a whole family of other restaurants for you to enjoy.
We create our dinner menu with flavors and ingredients first. We source the best Angus Beef, and use tons of sources to get the best fruits and veggies around.
We even started Northside Farms across the street to bring fresh produce to our restaurants and help biodiversity on an otherwise empty plot of land.
We open early and close late because we want to be around when you are. Come for coffee and donuts, a five start dinner, a quick lunch, or a full boozy brunch.
We also have family meals available for you to enjoy our homestyle cooking in your very own home!
Jim grew up in Whittier California just outside of LA. He moved to Colorado for college and fell in love with the mountains. He founded the Vail Daily and many other Daily Newspapers before starting Northside Kitchen in 2011. Jim can be found almost every day in one of his restaurants chatting or scheming with locals. Jim's keen eye for detail, and sharp business mind have created an entire family of restaurants to serve his community of the Vail Valley!
Originally from New Hampshire, Noah grew up on a small goat farm. He attended Johnson & Wales University where he honed his craft before moving to Vail in 2008. After a short stint with Vail Resorts, Noah met Jim and helped to open Northside in 2011. As the culinary brains behind Northside, Noah explores the intersection of homestyle comfort food with elegance and culinary technique. Together, Jim and Noah have brought 4 distinct restaurant concepts to the Vail Valley.
