Membership Overview

By joining the Northside Kitchen Wine Club (“the Club”), you agree to receive curated selections of wine each month, available for in-store pickup at Northside Kitchen- 20 Nottingham Road, Avon, CO 81620. Membership continues until canceled.

2. 

Billing & Payments

• Your credit card will be charged $110      plus tax per month, plus applicable taxes.
• Charges will occur automatically      on or about the First (1st) of each month.
• Payments are processed securely      through our payment provider (Shopify)
• [Northside Kitchen does not     store your credit card information; it is tokenized and stored securely by      our processor in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. 

Pickup Policy

• Wines will be available for      pickup beginning on the First (1st) of each month.
• All wine club purchases are pickup      only — no shipping or delivery.
• Members must be 21 years of      age or older and present a valid ID upon pickup.

4. 

Cancellations & Changes

• You may cancel your membership at      any time by contacting us at [970-949-1423] or through your online      account before your next billing date.
• Cancellations made after      billing will apply to the following month.
• Pricing and wine selections may      change with notice.

5. 

Refunds

Because wines are allocated and reserved in advance, all monthly charges are non-refundable once processed.

6. 

Authorization

By joining the Club, you authorize Northside Coffee & Kitchen LLC to charge your credit card automatically each month for your wine club membership until canceled in accordance with this agreement.
